MACP have secured a 3 year maintenance contract for all Mechanical, Electrical and Specialist Security Systems commencing October 2014. We are very please to be associated with Cartrefi Conwy Housing.
The existing project was a design and build of Cartrefi Conwy’s two-storey open plan office facility. The building has been constructed to BREEAM Excellent standards. A BREEAM assessment uses recognised measures of performance, which are set against established benchmarks, to evaluate a buildings specification, design, construction and use. The measures used represent a broad range of categories and criteria from energy to ecology. They include aspects related to energy and water use, the internal environment, pollution, transport, materials, waste, ecology and management processes. The main Contractor was Wynne Construction. MACP have installed the following Services: Design and installation of the Electrical, Mechanical, Fire and Security services. The Project Type is Commercial. The Project Duration lasted 36weeks, with a value of £600,000.
