We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts & Payroll Administrator to develop and manage our financial accounts department. The ideal candidate will be conversant in:

  • Job costing software Sage Construct or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the CIS Tax Scheme including monthly CIS submissions to HMRC, CIS vouchers, and verification of sub- contractors
  • Reconciliation/ monitoring of the company HMRC account
  • Detailed knowledge of Sage 50 Accounting software which includes Bank and balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Sage 50 Payroll, with experience in all aspects of payroll preparation & reports submission of HMRC
  • Microsoft office suite
  • Update payment schedules
  • Credit control and purchase ledger
  • Experience in a Job Costing environment would be advantageous
