The 1st phase of this project involving a new main switchgear upgrade, car park lighting and new site mains water and electric supplies is complete. The 2nd phase commenced in October 2014 and consists of a new the M&E installation within 3 No 6 bedroom single storey buildings being purpose built for mental health care patients. This project is due to be complete in March 2015.
